They must have successfully completed a course in tiling of not less than six months' duration and must be unable to find material filed in accordance with Improper Indexing and Filing Rules. The payment of annual dues shall consist in the suggesting of new ways of disregarding filing rules. Activities: The members of the United Society of File Clerks meet once a week at 1:05 A.M. in Room 301 in the Vocational Building of the Senior High School to analyze and discard filing procedure, The next topic for discussion will be How to extract papers from the file, leaving no trace of their where- abouts.
