Althodgh we are now engaged in a world wide conflict that will involve everyone of you, there Ls now a cer- tainty that we shall emerge victorious over our savage adversaries, and you will be permitted to resume the custcmary pursuits of peacetime. Yours will be the tremendous task of reconstruction and to capably perform this important duty, yoi should pirsue your education beyond its present stage.
