1980 SENIORS' LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT We, the seniors of New Bloomfield High School, being of semi-sound mind and body, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be our last will. I, Neel Bailey, will my ability to get through school to everybody. I, Shari Baker, will my ability to stay CLEAN!! to Tammy S., to skip classes without getting caught to Kenny, Kenneth, and Alan. I will my ability to just barely making it to school on time to Troy, and I will all my love to Donny. I, jamie Case, will to my sister Janelle my grades, to Janice the newspaper, and to Kelly T. my car. I leave my job to whoever wants it. I, Bobbi Craighead, will my four fantastic years at NBHS to my brother Brett, my ability to stay happy through it all to Lorna and Lori, and my ability to have fun in sports to Kamie and Tammy. I, Nancy Davis, will my ability to make it out of high school to my brothers Kevin and Jeff, and my ability to stay out of trouble or never get caught to Debbie Alexander. (Be careful, Debbie.) I, Stacey Dooling, will all my love and the rest of my life to my hubby Bill, because I love him, and to my parents, I wish them all the happiness in the world! (I remembered you, too Rusty!!!) I, Jeff Ferguson, will my driving ability to Rusty Baker. (Hang in there, Rusty.) I, Mike Gerling, will my ability to do anything and everything in shcool without getting in trouble to Jeff Benward and Todd Phillips. I, Douglas Gerrard, will my office of presidency of the Science Club to Wendy Chiles for her devotion to science. I, Tom Hoffmann, will my ability to mutilate fire hydrants to anyone who has a Ford, because Chevy's can't take it. I, Kent Holt, hereby give my long-range shot to my brother Stan. I, Mark Jennings, will my everlasting ability to drive the faculty all up the wall to anyone who is man enough to try it. I, Richard Lauf, being of some mind and body, do hereby will to any man brave enough or stupid enough to try it, my ability to stick to someone like Teresa. To Kenny Honse I will my superior jumping ability and my ability to try and put up with Coach Schnakenberg. I, Dori Nistendirk, will to Alan the ability to keep rendevous at 11:00 by his locker, to Lorna, Tracy, and Lori, I will the challenge to meet each new day, and to the cheerleaders, I will the ability to do walkovers and avoid the referees. I, Scotty Payne, will my ability to hustle well and the ability to play against bigger guys better to Kevin Atwell. (Hang in there.) I, Daniel Perrigo, will my '74 Pinto to any auto body specialist that will take it. I, David Perrigo, will my white and gray primer '73 Pinto to my little brother Donnie. (He can finish paying for it.) I, Gaye Rackers, will to Tammy Spyers the ability to be able to keep my neck free from injuries. To Tammy Bartley I will my typewriter (the one with the correction button), and to my brother Kevin, I will all of the great times I had in school and out. (Don't get caught, Kev.) I, Vicki Raps, will my ability to be nice to Janelle Case, because she needs it more than anybody I know. I, Robbin Repper, will the ability to find as great of friends as the ones I've found in Jefferson City to anyone who is as lonely and bored as I was before I found them. I, Brian Smith, will my ability to get my homework finished just in time to anybody that thinks they can use it. I, Teresa Smith, being of semi-sound mind and body will to Doug Rodriquez my ability to skip school and get caught, and to Richard I will my heart and all my money 'cause I love him. (He's already got both anyway.) I, John Spillars, will my ability to get my assignments in on time and to pass in Mrs. Davis's classes to Danny Nolting and Jeff Benward. I, Shelly Taylor, will my cheerleading ability and former position to Lisa and Trish and my uniform to Linda. I will my terrific senior year and skipping ability to Kenny, Don, Troy, Alan, and Kenneth. I will to all N.B. girls the ability to find the right guy and put up with him for more than one year. I, Julie Trammell, do hereby will my nice clean catching job to Kamie Payne, my height, all 5'2i 2 to Janice Veit, all the suicides to Laurie Wekenborg and Tammy Spyers, and to my sister Lori, I leave all my good times in school. SENIOR CLASS PROPHECIES Neal Bailey is still farming, but every weekend plays fussball with his friends. Shari Baker is now a hog-hauling truck driver. Jim Bley has taken Paul McCartney's place in the group Wings. Jamie Case has her own medical practice in downtown New Bloomfield. Mike Cave is a famous cheese sampler in Wisconsin. Bobbi Craighead has taken Barbara Walter's place on ABC. Nancy Davis is going to college to major in store management to one day have her own chain of grocery stores. Stacey Dooling and her husband Bill are still living in their trailer, with their dogs, even though she is now a top executive of the state. Dwayne Dulle now owns Guthrie and holds his own basketball tournament each weekend. Jeff Ferguson, our own Bert Parks, is now announcing the winner of Ms. Universe. Mike Gerling is training to be a 90-year old trick shot basketball shooter. Bruce Gerrard is making his movie debut in a remake of Smokey and the Bandit . Doug Gerrard is an astronaut on his way to Pluto, in his homemade rocket. Dennis Hoffman has his own body shop that only works on Ford-Mercurys and washes his own windows. Tom Hoffman is now married and his little Hoffmans are running around Harbison-Walker with their mother Vicky. Kent Holt has just invented the 5-point shot in pro basketball. Mark Jennings has become the first person to survive a brain transplant (so he now has a brain!). Richard Lauf is still recuperating from his strange illness. Forrest Locke and Keith Jeffries now have their own annual tractor pulling contest. Dori Nistendirk and Alan Clark have been married for ten years and are still debating whether she should give up her successful business career to have their first child. Scotty Payne is still dreaming of shaking hands with Richard Petty. Danny Perrigo is still a recruit in the National Guard. David Perrigo is married to Robbin and has a fleet of Pintos. Gaye Rackers, now a successful business executive, is married to Timmie Suggett, and they are expecting their second child. Vickie Raps now owns Raps Riding Academy, but is still working for that truck she wanted for graduation. Robbin Repper is the new Champagne Lady on the Lawrence Welk Show. Chip Rhoads has the largest pig farm in Callaway County. Janice Schroer is still in Florida, and has become the top tour guide at Disneyland. Brian Smith now owns his mother's beauty shop and specializes in perms. Teresa Smith is Richard's own private nurse. Rose Spencer has just won a Grammy Award for best composer of the year. John Spillars is the President's aide and is still late for meetings. Shelly Taylor owns the hog farm that Shari Baker hauls hogs for. Julie Trammell is the new head coach at UCLA. Kent Vandeloecht is dean at William Woods College, and still spends his spare time on the geodesic dome. David Walker has a 1,000 acre farm, raising tobacco (Skoal). Kimmi West, who is now Mrs. Greg Roberds, is heading for the 1992 Olympics, with her own championship gymnastics team. Rhonda White is a nurse at Charles E. Still Hospital, but still goes to Ashland every Saturday night. 27
