GLORIA BACKER, who did such a good job of editing the 1976 Beacon, is now owner and editor of Playgirl Magazine. RICK BAKER has become the first male to play on the world-famous women's basketball team. The Redheads. CLIFFORD BENNETT and wife, George, has just returned from the Olympics where he has just won seven gold track medals. PAT BLACKABV has now taken Jessie Brewer’s place as head nurse with Dr. Hardy on General Hospital. MIKE CLARK, known for his super jumping ability, has broken the world's record for pole vault jumping; without the pole. PAUL CLAVPOOL is now head butcher at Paul's Hy Klas Market, formerly Don's Hy-Klas Market. DIANA COLTER has replaced the world-renowned model, Twiggy. KAREN COLTER is now the fastest key puncher in the world. MIKE CRUMP has opened his own auto body shop. His motto is, “We need your body. RICHARD CUSTARD has now opened his own private barns for basketball teams. SENIOR CLASS PROPHECIES CONT. GLENN FARRIS is owner of his own chain of nurseries. Plant nurseries, not children nurseries. RHONDA GARRIOTT is now a housewife raising little Sundermeyers. RICHARD GARRIOTT is the left-hand pitcher for the world-famous team, the Carrington Cockroaches. VICKY GARRIOTT is now the head nurse of the Fulton State Hospital. BARB GERLING, now Mrs. Jack Ruppel, is owner of all Safeway supermarkets. MARILYN GERRARD, with her superior intelligence, has become the first woman President of the United States. MIKE GOFF is now the host of his own gourmet T.V. program, The Galloping Gippo. BETH HARRISON, now married to John Finley, has her own bakery, known as Beth's Bakery. Her specialty is selling Long Johns. GLEN HODGES, Colonel in the Air Force, recently went to Havana when his Phantom 4 was hijacked between Dixie and Carrington. DEBBIE HOLMES, now a world-renowned seamstress, is in Paris, finding new ideas in fashion to show the Queen of England. BILLY HOLT has become deputy sheriff of Guthrie, replacing his father, Clifford Holt. BRENDA HOLT, a famous artist, has been commissioned to restore the painting in the Sistine Chapel. GAYLA HOSKINS is now married to Bill Jeffries, and her job is chief assistant to Governor Bond’s dentist. DEBBIE KEELING has become a lawyer and has taken the place of Perry Mason. DIANE KELLEY is now Mrs. Mike Lawson, and they have opened their own pro shop at a nearby country club. TINA KELSAY is now married to John Moon, and they have three children named Full, Half, and New. JULIE LEISINGER is now the statistician of the Guthrie Gophers. In her spare time she is a nurse at the Guthrie Community Hospital. DEBBIE McKIM, who is now married to David Taggart, has opened a new country club called the D D Country Club. RON MURPHY, who is married to Deb, has his own restaurant featuring their new hamburger the Big Murph. CINDI PEARRE is the new president of Central Trust Bank, while hubby Wesley is taking care of their thirteen kids. GREGG PEARRE is married to Colleen Taylor (Tater), and is owner of New Bloomfield City Volkswagen Sales. DANNY PRIEST is the head of Missouri Agriculture and in his spare time races his blue Torino. WAYNE ROY has now taken Ronny Howard's place on Happy Days, complete with the white socks and red crew cut. JOY SCRIVNER is a private secretary to her psychologist hubby, Dr. Bruce Pearre. JOHN SHELTON is now the head chef at Debbie David's Country Club. LEANN STRAW is now a multi-heiress and owns Wal-Mart stores. BEVERLY SUNDERMEYER has been selected as the first woman basketball player on the Los Angeles Lakers replacing Abdul Jabbar. JOE SWEETEN has taken Buck Owen’s place, and is currently beside Roy Clark on Hee Haw. ANDY WELCH has replaced Telly Savalas on Kojak. Andy is always seen with a shaved head and a lollipop. CINDY JENNINGS is the supervisor of Scrub ’Em, Club 'Em, Love 'Em Day Care Center, Inc., which takes care of 950 children each day. SENIOR SPONSOR PROPHECIES MRS. ROSEMARY DOYLE is now living happily in Poplar Bluff. Her husband, Dirt and Soil Doyle, is teaching agriculture at Three Rivers Community College. Mrs. Doyle spends her time taking care of Ethan’s prize pig while Ethan is off organizing a special mail route for the large amounts of letters Mrs. Doyle is receiving from N.B. All of these letters are trying to convince her to come back because she is missed so much. MRS. PAT SUTTLES has left this year for bigger and better things. She missed bugging her sister-in-law so much that she has already gone, and there are still 2 weeks of school left. She will be coaching the Three Rivers Greenheads, a 6’9 girls' basketball team. Her daughter, Missy, is one of the players on the team.
