Mrs. Josie Fleming led us through that first year of a journey that would end. hopefully, with a diploma. In May, 1968, we made our first walk down the aisle as graduates of the eighth grade. The next year, thirty-eight Fresh- men returned, sponsored by Mr. Guy. As Sophomores, we were again sponsored by Mr. Guy. The Junior Class Play was Man Overboard presented by 20 Juniors. The play was directed by our class sponsors, Mrs. Anabel Marshall and Mr. Leonard Ratcliff. In May we honored the Class of '71 with a junior-Senior Banquet and Prom, the first in N.B. history. Our Senior year was kept busy with the Senior Play; No Boys Allowed, Hobo Day, Dress-up Day, Junior-Senior Day at the Lake of the Ozarks. and Senior Day at St. Louis. Our Sponsors were Mrs. Rosemary Doyle and Mrs. Nancy Garza. Baccalaureate was held on May 14 and on May 18, 29 Seniors received their blessed diplomas. The Seniors of '72 leave N.B. with a treasure of wonderful memories. We would like to sincerely thank every teacher, sponsor, parent, and friend who helped to make these memories. May the years ahead of us be as great as those behind us. Seniors That Went All 12 Years At N.B. MARY WYLDE I'm a little prairie flower growing ’Wylder' by the hour.
