Senior Wills We, the Senior Class of 1967, being of sound mind and body, do hereby will to those who follow our most precious gifts. Jerry Allen--wills his ability to rank first in Advanced Algebra to George Brooks. (Keep studying, George!) Mike Backer--wills his ability to get along with the opposite sex to his twin brother, Jerry Abbott. (Speak softly and carry a big stick!) Gary Barnard—wills his ability to get a car stuck in the schoolyard to anyone who thinks he can cross it after a rain. Larry Bedsworth—wills his ability to get to school before the first bell to Christina Smith. John Bilyeu—wills his driving ability to Warren Taylor. Verna Birch--wills her ability to forget 1 4 second after she remembers to ... Oh! I forgot. Robert Brown--wills his ability to pay attention in class to Stan Shaffer. Ruby Branch--wills her filing ability to anyone who takes Secretarial Practice. (Good Luck!) Evelyn Criswell--wills her ability to make a decision and stick to it to Marineda Brooks. Lyman Frank—wills his ability to tell jokes to Barbara McKim. Nancy Gardner--wills her ability to wear MINI skirts and GO, GO boots to Alison Essen. (Don't wear them fishin'.) Helen Hewitt--wills her ability to get a boy and keep him all through school to Christina Smith. (Get a ball and chain, Chris!) Gary Holland—wills his theme writing ability to anyone who is brave enough to take English IV. Kathy Jenkins—wills her acting ability to Debbie Williams and her good sportsmanship to Gracia Yancey. (For better or worse!) Mike Kelly—wills nothin’ to nobody 'cause he ain't got nothin'! JoAnn Laurie--wills her ability to attend school everyday to Norma Guerrant. Pat Maupin— wills her ability to talk at 100 words a minute to Nancy Martin. Sam Priest--wills his ability to drive between the ditches to Jerry Abbott. (Don't do as I do; do as I say.) Janice Siegel--wills her acting ability to Becky Underwood. Louise Sundermeyer—wills her ability to get great love letters from Viet Nam to Giz- zard Wylde. (Remember the Pentagon ?) Class Prophecies We the Senior Class of 1967 do imagine in the year 2,000 the following: Jerry Allen is presently a basketball coach of the famous girls' team, the Parakeets, with their star player, Polly. Mike Backer has recently promoted himself as president of his new potatochip plant in Hawaii. Gary Barnard is now presently owner of a truckline in South Dakota hauling white feath- ers for a pillow factory. Larry Bedsworth is now Executive Manager of Fort Knox. Joint Bilyeu is now a stunt driver starring in My Mother, the Car. Verna Birch has just signed a contract with the Supremes. Her first record is entitled, I Never Did Name That Song, Did I? Robert Brown is playing centerfield with the Dixie Nationals with his wife Nancy, as umpire. Ruby Branch was promoted to manager of a Dairy Castle after inventing her new sand- wich, the Rubyburger. ” Evelyn Criswell is married and teaching her three children to be hot-rod drivers at the Thomas Speedway West of New Bloomfield. Lyman Frank is presently flying his B-52 scouting for a little old lady. (Remember English Class, Lyman ?) Nancy Gardner is now head of the Women’s Armed Forces wearing MINI skirts and GO-GO” boots. Helen Hewitt is now an undercover agent for the Bloomfield Bloomers Club. Gary Holland is now Commander of the U. S. S. Rowboat and will be docking in Moose Jaw, Alaska, next week. Kathy Jenkins is now a pharmacist selling her New Man-Catching Formula in her newly opened drugstore. Mike Kelly is now starring with Andy Griffith, taking Bamy Fife's place. JoAnn Laurie has just made her second mil- lion from her 10 oil wells in Texas. She is also raising dinosaurs for Sinclair stations in her spare time. Pat Maupin is now touring the United States replacing light bulbs in TV towers while her husband, Stan, holds the ladder. (Hold the ladder steady, Stanley!) Sam Priest is a cook in the Army and serv- ing his famous dish, Chopped Gooey. Janice Siegel is presently a bubble dancer at the Guthrie Soap Opera. Louise Sundermeyer is presently a nurse co-starring with Dr. Steve Hardy in the General Hospital series. Sam Tim brook has received his teaching degree from Bolivar ami is instructing the latest singing group, the Brooks, which are his children. (There’s Current, Whirlpool, Swift, Muddy, and Ripple.) Rita Whitney was recently named the first woman to win the Green Beret. (Back at home her Imbby waits.) Richard Wylde is now living on a 1,000 acre farm in Australia and taming his Wylde chickens. 23
