French Club, 'ESL Elizabeth is never serious, and how can she be when she is the wittiest girl in the Senior class? She is determined to do what she wants to and if she says she'll try to do a thing she usually succeeds. When others grumble and com' p'ain, turn to Elizabeth with her ever ready smile and words of cheer, as usually we see her laughing and enjoying life. B. H. S.'s most renowned actresses, as she can bus- iness manage in a really business-like way, as she is as smart in school as she is good fun out, and as she is popular with teachers and pupils alike, why attempt to describe MIN MARY ELIZABETH HUGHES Not too serious. not too gay. just a good sport in every way. Pythagorean Club, '28: French Club, '29. Although Mary has not been with us all of our high school days, we find her one of our best students. Everybody likes her for she is always ready and waiting to help anybody. We know her by her cheerful smile and we are sure she will succeed in anything she attempts. Here's wishing great luck and much success to MARY HELEN FRANCES JACKSON God made her-then los! the pattern. Well, she isn't a talking machine. Studious? Nothing different. Slangy? Not in the least, though this beginning might leave such an impression. If you leave anything to Eleanor, you can depend on her to do it. That's why she was elected our most dependable girl. She is talented in dramatics as well as art, and we have found her a valuable asset to the class of '29. Here's luck to you, EI.EANoR JAMES FRANKLIN KETCHAM Ambition should have been his middle name. That's Jimmie Ket- cham. Jimmie is a friend in all the athletic games. In his classes he is a student of no mean ability. James is an all 'round good sport and he is willing to make the period bell sound a little early if you are in trouble. Although James has only been with us during our high school days, he has proved himself a very valuable addition. The class of '29 wishes you success.
