Our class officers were- President, Anthony Esperanca, Vice-Presi- dent, Alice Laferriere, Secretary, Lorraine Tetreault, Treasurer, Russell Edge. We held our first dance of the year in honor of the incoming Fresh- men. They seemed to enjoy it. Soon followed the V. A. A. Dance which was a great success. Christmas was just around the corner and we juniors held a party in the girls' gymnasium with all the Christmas trimmings. May soon arrived after that and we were busy bees preparing for our Junior Prom. Oh! The Prom! We shall never forget it! Billy Williams and his sweet and smooth-playing Orchestra serenaded us. Sheila Harrington was crowned Queen of the Prom. Our junior Year ended with a wonderful outing at Pine Hill Pavilion. Seniors at Last! Our advisors were Mrs. Estelle Oldfield and Mr. Sterling Wilson. Our class officers were President, Earl Rogers, Vice- President, Rosemary Meehan, Secretary, Elinor Demers, later replaced by Dorothy Barcomb, Treasurer, Andrew Girard. Our class sponsored a Harvest Dance which was enjoyed by all attending. For the first time in our years at Vocational High, a giant Christmas Bazaar for the benefit of the V-Teens was held. It was a great financial success. We are looking forward to our Graduation and our Senior Prom -- the highlights of our four years at Vocational. Regretfully we must say farewell to our dear Vocational High, - our teachers, our classmates and other friends. Rosalie Roshur, '48 Anthony Esperanca, '48 Tlzirty-nine
