THE AUTO SCENE (Above) As underclassmen we were forced to use the only mode of transportation available to us — to get to and from school — the “yellow banana.” As time passed and maturity set in, our — passport to freedom came in the form of a driver’s license. As experienced drivers we knew what went on behind the wheel; but to guys like Dave, Billy and Bruce, the adventure lay under the hood (upper and lower left). As seniors we proudly drove our vehicles to school each morning at just the right time to catch — everyone’s eye. Seniors Cliff (above), Liz (lower left) and John (lower right) leave their cars behind while they set out to conquer the challenges of another hard day’s work in school. With such hard work, determination and drive to succeed, 4 member of the senior class might one day be cruising to the Mall in the awesome Lamborghini, the dream car of the Class of ’86 (below).
