The MAIN EVENTS for the Sophomore The sophomore class started off their second year high school by leaving the memories of their freshman year behind and rejoicing over the fact that this year they would finally obtain their driver's licenses and class rings. They carried home stacks of homework and also took two standardized tests which were the ASVAB and the TAP tests. Many also raised money to pay for their junior prom by challenging the junior class in selling magazines. At the end of the year, they were looking forward to the junior year, making plans for their junior prom, and the prospect of finally being upperclassmen.
