Dear Helen: The disappointment, when your letter came stating that you would not be able to come to our reunion of the Class of '23, was felt by every member present- ' The reunion was not only a success but a pleasure as well. Our hearts were made glad when hands clasped once again after an inter- val of ten years. The only drawbacks were the vacant chairs of those too far away to come. Everyone, who did not attend, sent a letter and each letter was read at the big meeting held in the auditorium of the new Higxhg School on Vincennes Street. I will try to give you a minute description of everyone and each event. Our chairman, .Iewett Hull, called the reunion together and read all the letters of the absent ones. Yours happened to be the first one he read. Then came three letters from the missionary fields. One was from Irma Dome, who is a missionary in Chinag Char- les Kendall's letter from India was interesting and Mary VVood told us much of Korea. A letter from the Hawaiian Islands proved to be from Robert Clapp, who was appointed postmaster of the Islands last December.
