Class Prophecy By looking into a crystal ball one can see ahead into the inperceivables of our lives. Visiting a few able crystal-ball gazers, I am now able to narrate to you what positions in life our fellow Seniors of 57 will have settled into. It seems as though ole Confederate James Ahmann has started another revolt by saving his Confederate money. But we should have no fear because President Dale Bare has taken a stand against the revolt. fThis does not necessarily reflect the feelings of all bears., I have heard that the President has the help of that distinguished general from Georgia, George Wheeler Eyestone, who wears diamond studed boots only. His accomplice, Howard Gilliland, being of such great strength and stature, provides the General a very able bodyguard. I was attending some races the other day when the whole crowd of people stood to watch a cloud of smoke on the track. Out of the smoke cloud came a sleek low-cut Oldsmobile driven by Harry Larry Goodmang following a length behind was Darrel Motter. These boys have been driv- ing for quite some time now and have been recorded at speeds up to 448 m.p.h., using a new type motor built by the two most top-notch mechanics of the country, Larry Hite and Tom Miller. A mystic scene of grandeur appears before your eyes featuring two stars of the modern movie world , that gallant gentleman Jim Baublitz, and playing opposite is the beautiful singing star Shar- on Kinsley. This is the world premier of their latest movie, The Great Love . I have seen rabbits maybe twenty to thirty thousand, rabbits hereg rabbits there, rabbits everywhere. A sign says that this is a ranch for rabbits. Who could own this ranch? I imagine and find him to be Glenn Kuenzli. He uses the new Crouse Plan for the course of raising and car- ing of rabbits. I have heard of two Florence Nightingales of the modern world. Patients of these two would surely be assured of a quick recovery for I am speaking of Jean Ann Stiger and Marcia Kern. In speaking of people employed in the medical field, I am sure that everyone has heard of the famous doctor, Carolyn Chance. This woman of great intellectual stature has just recently been awarded the Nobel Prize in medicine. Education is needed by all young people to keep our civilization at a high standard. We have co-teachers in the first grade at Nevada Elementary since classes have grown so large. We find Mary Lou Suter and Judy Kellogg filling these positions. I am sure a lot is being learned from these two. . I have witnessed a great hunting party leaving Niarobi, with a great hunter leading. Riley Moll has become quite famous in gunning down elephants. I have heard that the Bobcats have taken the state championship in basketball this year. Al- though this is no surprise since Dave Youmans has become coach at Nevada High. Seems as though an amazing discovery has recently been made in nuclear research by awo- man physist. Her name is none other than Joyce Case, who can be very proud of her late achieve- ment. . Back at the classrooms of Nevada High we find Emily Starner teaching the proper use of the English language to all the little brats who use the word ain't . Donald Willson and Marilyn Heistand have signed suit of a partnership called marriage and now own a little ranch fabout 2000 acresj out West. This is a horse ranch and employed by the Willsons is two gun Dick Myers breaking and training horses. On television you have probably watched the show Private Secretary which at one time star- red Ann Southern. But now a much prettier girl has taken over whose name is Leora Bell. We are quite sure she will make a great success of her career. Shirley La-.vrence has become hostess and entertainer at Gale Bryant's club in Key West, Flor- ida. I have watched this performance many times and will say that this is something to see. Star- ring now at Bryant's Rendevous is Jan Kuenzli. I-Ie has a band of his own and is doing quite nicely with his tour of the country. We see in the newspapers that Sharon Ault has been elected Senior Senator from Ohio. She has been quite successful in her career of politics. Wilma Daiber is now working at a top secretarial job at a big firm in New York. She also owns a few cosmetic stores which she has as a hobby. We have often seen a picture of a pretty young woman in the various magazines and newspa- pers who has been making life more pleasant for a great number of people. She is Mary JaneSto- ver who for the past few years has been running a home for young children less fortunate than we at that time. Shirley Oliver and Helen Gilliam are now leading a group of people supporting a drive to raise funds to erect a big library building in Nevada. It is comforting to know that we have people who are endeavoring to make the education of young and old alike more easily obtained. Shirley Marilyn and and Gale 16 Donald
