SENIORS'26 How well we all remember the day When we, of the Senior class, Entered the High School assembly With laughter from those of the upper class. We, of the Freshman class, in '22 and '23, Felt quite out of place at first, And when some one would say, There's a Freshie, see? My goodness! We felt worse! As time went on we worked more earnestly, And began to see the value of wasted timeg We ,reflected and thought more seriously While our opinion of overdone pranks was crime! Now that we are Seniors in Nevada High, We realize how hard it will be to leaveg Now that the end of our happy school life is nigh, 'Tis a very valuable treasure to give up, we believe. We advise the Freshies, Sophomores and Juniors, To be loyal, honest, sincere and true, In addition to this we tell you ' To bite off more than you can chew, then CHEWV' l-VELMA MCLAUGHLIN Page Twenty-one
