library, health center, gymnasium, and the art and music departments. After rid- ing busses to five various buildings during the emergency period, these kids had to get used to walking again. Some of them have confided to me that we tigers are lucky to have four legs! Besides that, this high smoke stack gives us tigers a fine perching spot to keep our eyes on tiger cubs careening up and down those classy canopies. On each side of the main entrance are planters for flowers. When the grass grows, and the shrubs are planted, this high school will be a beautiful sight for tiger and human eyes! i

Here's a tiger's eye-view of N. H.S, The campus covers an area of 32 acres, including the football field, a natur- al science park fwhere I'm planning to spend my summer vacationl space for tennis courts, and baseball fields, Those canopies at the north and south entrances provide convenient areas for students arriving by cars and busses. Auditorium Chemistry laboratory Grr--eat! Once more N.H.S. stu- dents can have assemblies! It's been '-me such a long time that I really had to scratch my mane to say again our student creed and to sing our Alma Mater. The junior class had the privilege of first using this beautiful auditorium for 700 people. The stage curtains, a gift from Mr. and Mrs. L.F. Richardson, make it possible for various areas of the stage to be used . Laboratories are important in science classes, and to the right is a view of the chemistry laboratory. Since I saw something that looked like a former cat in the biology de- partment, I was careful to stay out of there. I ' ll tm ml ..,.. ,
