To You, Miss Verna Wilfert, our class advisor, we say “thank you-’ for the help and guidance which you have given us in the past four years. We realize that your task has not been easy hut your sound judgment and perseverance have guided us through our many problems and decisions. Your advice in our academic pursuits and the time and interest you have devoted to our class activities are greatly appreciated. The regards and best wishes of the “Satellites of ’61” are with you always. To the Class of 1961, You are the first class that has spent all of its twelve years in the Neshannock Township schools. You have grown with the system, one of which you may be justly proud. May the system always be proud of you, as it is now at your graduation. To you, the “Satellites” of 1961, go my very best wishes for your success as you venture into “outer space.” May the years in the Neshannock schools prove to be the kind of “control tower” that will furnish at least some of the necessary power to keep you “in orbit.” Good luck and God bless you.
