JUIWQR I-XXSTQINY In September, l9h8, four girls and six boys entered the halls of good old Neptune as freshmen. As our chief director for the year we chose Richard Grimm, with Miss Bair as our faithful adviser. The ten of us had the thought of striving to do our very best. In September, l9h9, we assembled again to find only eight to go on toward success. Much of our green was worn off and we were ready for our sopho- more year of high school life. During the year, Henry Greber, from Mendon, decided to join in with us, thus increasing the number from eight to nine. We are glad to say that during this year Chester Stephenson was crowned the King of the Spring carni- valg this was an important moment for our class. For this year we chose Chester Stephenson as our guide, with Miss Bair as our class adviser. We entered the Fall of 1950 with still nine faithful members. This was an important year because of the extra activities of junior life. We chose Don Heppeard as our leader and Miss Yewey as our faithful adviser. On November 2, l9SO, we pre- sented our class play, Pleased ta Meetcha, with the help of some other classes. In the spring we had the delightful task of entertaining the' seniors. We gave them a reception in the Crystal Room of the Hotel Argonne in Lima, Ohio All through our high school life in Neptune we have been very active. We are proud to disclose that our class has been represented all three years on the basketball team, with at least five boys as members. We feel we have made a good beginning and hope to go on to our senior year with even greater accomplishments.
