Another enthusiastic crowd cheering on the Zephyrs. Now you see guys, this is the way it's gonna be, says Mr. Turman, as he converses with the officials before the big game. This year we had a rematch between the Faculty and the Fathers resulting in a victory for the Faculty. Representing the Faculty was Mr. Jepson, Mr. Marshall, Russell Weber, Mr. Turnbull, Mr. Reeser, Mr. Grant, Mr. Easter, Roger Pratt, Mr. Turman, Mr. Tasker, and Mr. Kolata. The fathers were represented by: Rev. Swain, Chuck Blake, Mark Kemerling, Roger Robinson, Jim Heiser, John Monroe, and Maynard Laub. The officials for the game were John Newton and Jon Pickering. 25

Varsity and Junior Varsity Cheerleaders cheered at every game even when things some times seemed bleak. QfWits Ituwlju4 Ucmj 24 Half time entertainment at the basketball games was provided by the Pep Band, directed by Mr. Larry Weber.

Members of the newly formed tennis team are (standing) Cheryl Laub, Trish Price, Heidi Peterson, Craig Williamson, Bob Heise, Brian Crofton, Shawn Schurer, Coach Easter, (kneeling) Tammy Bennett, Lisa Laub, Debbie Schurer, Doug Lmdbeck, Edwin Peterson, and Bob Lmdbeck. The team had several meets in the fall and spring and practiced in LaSalle Peru during the winter months. 26
