Punch and cookies were served to the couples such as Dennis and Lauri who attended. As always, the coronation is a happy occasion. Below left, last year's queen. Sue Moore, crowns the new queen while Chris and Mark look on. Above, the Gualandri Brothers provided the music for the dance at which the boys are the invited guests of the girls. At left. Snowball turned out to be a success as everyone took advantage of the dance floor making all the hard work on the part of Mrs. Maxwell and the girls really worth while. 15

Snowball Is a Night of Wine and Roses” Days of Wine and Roses provided the theme for this year's annual Snowball which is always sponsored by the FHA. In carrying out the theme, roses flowered paper, red and green streamers, and a rose covered trellis were utilized. The dance was held on February 9 from 7:30 until 10:30 p.m. At right is the court consisting of Chris Norton (1st att.) and her escort Steve Wager, Marilyn Heiser (Queen) who was escorted by Mark Norton, and Julie Stabler (.2nd att.) and her escort Tim Manne-smith. v. At ri$it. Queen Marilyn and her escort pose for the cameraman immediately after the coronation. Above, these two couples seem to be enjoying the wine (alias punch) as they say cheers!

Crowning of the court was the highlight of the Prom Dance as Jim puts the finishing touch on Julie's crown. The dance was held on May 4 following the banquet which was on Friday night at the Wanee Farm Restaurant. Highlighting the banquet was Mark Norton as master of ceremonies. The Senior Class will, prophecy, and poem were read by senior class members. A new twist this year was What Senior is This? as staged by the Juniors who also rendered a special song for the Seniors. Seasons in the Sun Provides At right, the newly crowned King and Queen, Randy Kaiser and Julie Stabler, begin the coronation dance. At far right, attendants Marilyn Heisex and Steve Junis also join in the coronation dance. 16
