Dedication We, the Annual Staff of 1973-74 dedicate this 27th edition of the Zephyr to Mr. Troy L. Meyer. Although it is his first year at Neponset, Mr. Meyer has initiated and implemented changes to our unit school system. As superintendent of School Unit District 307 and principal of Neponset High School, Mr. Meyer has worked diligently with board members to further the educational needs of the students. Working with several groups of persons such as board members, faculty members, students, and parents is not always an easy task. Thus, we feel that he deserves this honor for his demonstrated ability to gain the respect of the student body, faculty members, and the community as a whole. 6
