At contest this year, our mixed chorus was one of the largest there, consisting of over forty students. Under our director, Mr. Connor, we sang our way to a first. The girls’ chorus, in blue and white robes, were given a 2nd for their performance. The boys’ chorus, a new addition to our choral department, did very well for their first time, by bringing home a 2nd also. The Freshman chorus is getting bigger every year. This year there were eighteen students attending 6th hour class and performing at concerts. Our accompanist was Linda Schieler. 28
