Tom Kidd, John Stabler, Arlene Carley The Student Council is made up of two representatives from each class, the President and an advisor. A representative is elected by the members of his own class. He must have a C average. If his grades fall below this, he has six weeks to bring them up. If he doesn’t, a new representative must take his place. The President; a Senior, must have a B average and maintain that average. A candidate for President must, like his campaign manager, present a three-minute speech in front of the student body. The other officers of the Council are elected by the Council representatives. The advisor is either the principal or someone whom he appoints. Mr. Freeman Advisor 19
