CVM 0 1959 In the fall of 1955 there were 214 lucky Rooks . we were the first class to be omitted from initia- tion. Our Freshman year was full and exciting. When school started again, we felt pretty goody because now we were Sophomores and we could look down on the Rocks. There were many Sophomores on the honor roll. We really enjoyed our Sophomore year. To start off our year as Juniors and upperclassmen we ordered our class rings on September 27 and received them January 27. We were in charge of the candy store and selling candy at home games. Our Junior-Senior Prom was a great success. The theme was Oriental Gardens . And it was on April 25. Well, we finally made it. At last we are Seniors. We had graduation pictures taken October 15. We had a food sale on October 25. The Seniors put on the Annual Senior Sno-Ball, on December 12. The Commencement date is set for May 27. It is a very big step in our lives and before we go, we would like to thank the faculty and our advisor, Mr. Russel, for all the help they have given to us in our high school life. we want to wish the faculty and our fellow stu- dents the best of luck in the future. May God be with you. 101
