Qcontinuedj We started back down the path suddenly out of the bushes came a wom an in 1 age knocking people down by the hundreds She apparently was undel the influence of Con eiete Juice Gee it was Pat Clappe She had come from the Rockey Bar which was owned and operated by Barbara Bateman We went down to the Rockcy Bar and they were havine, a ioel ing good time We went back to the dugout and ate dinner As we wall ed out of the dugout wc noticed '1 man coming down the dusty and dirty street and dragging behind him by her dance The d mee was extremely crowded All my old classmates were there I got a chance to see the famous Rock and Roll man He can roll the biggest rocks Why of all people it was Dale Anderson A woman suddenly swung across the dance floor on a tree vine Wlth a blood curdling yell she landed on the floor With one glance we knew it was Eileen Bjerke with her taxi service We were rocking around when we saw Lorri Pitsenberger She was on the I'6fI'9Sh ment committee She was making luscious buzzard sandwiches She also had a very attractive buzzard feather in her hair Everyone was having a stoney time when in sailed Jungle Jack Britton on BJerke's taxi Jungle Jack was the terror of the stone days Just after he arrived Marena Zimmerman and I Diane DeRoss1tt rented a couple of vultures from the Vulture Girl and sailed back to 56 l7 1 I S. . il. , . 2l2l0'Z 616.45 DZOIQACCY As everyone expected ln the next 20 years the world would progress 1nto space but Walt' Instead we have suddenly found ourselves back one m1l11on years We arr1ved wrapped IH our sk1n early on a frosty morn In read1ng the mormng Stone Paper found that a b1g dance would be held Saturday sponsored by Java Man Band and to my surprxse the band leader was none other than Jack Wh1te The well known vocahst Janet Bastedo known as Stone Hearted Hatt1e We contlnued walklng down the narrow path along the way we saw someone shaklng thexr B E A R sk1n out she was standlng on her front stone porch Why lt was Ruthle Tubbeslng Just as we started down the path a huge cloud of dust came rolllng up the path After the haze d1ed down there sat Kent Osterlund on h1s Dodger Mammal We knew rlght away It was Kent because of the Dodge We use to dodge h1s Dodge at school We heard a huge roar and there on the flat land we saw It s a bxrd It's Davey Croc kett It's Tarzan Much to our shock1ng surpr1se It was Gene Starr Why he was f1ght1ng a d1nosaur Here comes h1s w1fe Marlene Barker to save h1m Why she knocked that dlnosaur cold w1th one blow She then p1CkCd up her husband and walked out of Slght It was gettmg late and our stomachs were startmg to growl Oh that s Just the l1ons We found the Dugout whose spec1alty was Halry Mammal Mommoth steak Why for Pete s sake the wa1tress was Esther John on She had the most adorable outf1t on of snake skln and crocod1le teeth We asked her who dug th1S dugout and she sa1d her boss was none other than Wayne Sm1th So we had qulte a chat w1th Wayne who was 11V1f1g qulte a happy llfe w1th h1s halry beasts We strolled to the edge of the huge forest when out of the th1cket came tlus woman w1th long black and yellow na1r She had a vv1ld look 1n her eye Shy It was the Vulture G1rl our good ole fr1end Vera Garr1son She had g1ven up her teachlng career to study w1ld 1 e We stopped at the Cave In School We walked up the stone stalrs to the stoney hall and there sat petrlfxed Jxm Waggoner He sat at h1s rock th1nk1ng of h1s Vulture Glrl We sa1d H1 to hxm and he sa1d Goodbye so we left QWe never were very close at school J l O 3 . . . 7 . , . ! - -- , , , . . . . vvv - -- - H ,, . . . 2 ' ' S ' I 3 ' Q . .
