assistant pmnclpal As Vice-Principal, Mr. Ulibarri performs many important tasks necessary to the smooth running of the school. He is the head of the curriculum and audio-visual department and chooses and orders our books. Mr. Ulibarri has donated countless hours of his time in helping the photography staff . We owe a great deal to him, because without the time he has put into helping with this, this finished product, the yearbook, could never have evolved. ik' -X A .21

Dl2ll1ClDAl Each day in the role of principal Dear Trojans , The building of a school calls for the coordinated effort of many people. It is a many faceted operation that entails the skill of the architect to design a school to meet the needs of the students it is to serve, the foresight of the superintendent to have the physical plant ready when the ever -growing school population demands add- ed classrooms and laboratories and the dedication of the principal in equipping the school, developing the curriculum and selecting the faculty. These ingredients are, of course, essential to the educational program, however, a school is much more than ar- chitect's plans, the physical plant, the furniture, equipment and the faculty. A school is composed of students with their varied abilities, desires and goals. A school is recognized as being a good school because of their academic and athletic achievements. Considerable credit must be given to the Class of 1967 for their leadership in establishing William N. Neff High School as one of the finest. The traditions established by the first graduating class are based on prudent thought and wisdom. The friendliness of the student body and the feeling of belonging has been instilled in each student by our first graduates. The willingness of our senior athletes to give every ounce of energy to the cause of victory has produced winning teams and has developed a tradition that will be perpetuated by athletes for years to come. Loyal support of the Trojan teams has been the basis of a stu- dent body spirit that has contributed greatly to the success of our teams and has enhanced our reputation as an athletic powerhouse. The first graduating class has garnered many academic honors. The balance between their participation in activities and pursuit of studies has provided a sound basis for future success that will con- tinue to bring honors to our school for many future years. The unselfish devotion to the success of William N. Neff High School by the Class of 1967 has left footprints in the sands of time that will long endure. Our heartfelt thanks to our first graduating class. Clinton V . Brovsm Principal Clinton V. Brown participates in many Trojan activities outside of his office. Presenting the Hacienda League Cham- pionship Trophy was among the most en- joyable tasks Mr. Brown performed this year. Attending many meetings, Mr. Brown has strived to make our campus the best ever. it X
