Understanding most other subjects depends on the student's knowledge of language. For this reason, Neenah High requires every student to take three years of English. The fourth year is optional. Since a large per cent of the English language has been derived through the centuries from many different dialects, a study of a foreign language is also very important. Latin, Spanish, and French are offered at Neenah High. MR.
