V Left to 'rig-ht: BUR:I' MOORE, Sergeant-at-Armsg SABRA IvEs, Treasurerg SIDNEY KOONCE, Vice Preszdentg ANNIE TAYLOR, Secretaryg EUGENE PICKETT, Presidentg Miss HELEN RUNNION, Adviser. 5'ENl0R 611455 AS SENIORS we have reached a moment not often captured in a lifetimeg we stand between the old and the new. Now, just before our graduation, we look back over our high school days and from our vantage point take a glimpse into the future before we step over the threshold forever. We must say goodbye to our school, to our teachers, and to our friends. You have meant more to us than we can realize now. Our days of work and play here will always hold a special place in our memories. Next year many of us will be going to collegeg others will find jobs or enter the serv- iceg some will marry and start homes. Deep within our hearts, however, there is a common wish to live in such a way that Broughton will always be proud of us. And now we bid our school a last farewell. 10
