Superintendent Principal Edgar G. Lightbody came to Nebraska City High School to serve as Superintendent of schools September 1945. Under his able supervision the school system of Nebraska City has become one of the best in the State of Nebraska. Mr. Light body has recently been elected President of State School Administrators. Ely C. Feistner also came to our school system in 1945. Mr. Feistner, Principal of Nebraska City Schools has been a very reliable assistant to Mr. Lightbody. Mr, Feistner in the 1952-53 school term was a District President in the Nebraska State Teac her Association.
