Susanne currently resides in Ord, NE. Susanne has participated in Volleyball and Basketball all three years. She has also been in the N.C. Choir all three years and in many other singing groups. Susanne plans to go into Psychology and Counseling when out of school Susanne was the Student Council secretary her Senior year. Her advice to you is to always obey your parents. Kyle Berck Kyle came to N.C. his sixth grade year. He resides in Marquette, NE. In Kyle's spare time he is a race car driver. Kyles favorite verse is I John 2:3-4. Kyle intends to be farming or race car driving in his future. Miriam Barrow Miriam came to N.C. her Senior year from Lakeview High School. Her hometown is Platte Center, NE. Miriam participated in Basketball and Choir. Her favorite verse is Psalms 27:13-14. Miriam plans to be a legal secretary when out of schooL Her advice to you is to work hard and never let yourself forget what a great opportunity you have here at N.C. Mark Binder Mark came to N.C. his Freshman year. His hometown is Table Rock, NE. Mark has participated in Basketball his first three years at N.C. and Football his Senior year. Mark has been involved in Choir all four years. He was also the class treasurer his Junior year. Mark enjoys reading and weightlifting. His plans are to go into Missionary Aviation. Shownin.... Clint Bokelman Clint came to N.C. as a fourth grader. He is currently residing in Central City, NE. Clint participated in Football his Freshman and Junior year and also played Basketball his Junior year. Clint was on the Reflector staff his Senior year. He plans to go into business after schooling. His favorite verse is John 3:16 and his advice to you is you only live once on this earth but if you do it right that's all it takes. Sheila Ehrisman Sheila came to N.C. her seventh grade year. Her hometown is Grand Island, NE. Sheila is a paper carrier as well as a full time student. She has been involved in many speech contests while at N.C. usually having interests in poetry. Sheila plans to be a pre-school aid in the future. Her hobbies include collecting dolls and stuffed animals. Kayla Fling Kayla came to N.C. her Freshman year. Her hometown is Ainsworth, NE. Kayla has played the piano for the N.C. Choir, solos, and small groups for the past four years. Kayla has been a member of the Athletic Club and was the class Business Manager her Junior year. She was the class Secretary her Senior year. Kayla's advice to you is to respect those in authority over you. Pat Harvey Pat came to N.C. as a seventh grader. He currently resides in Grand Island, NE. Pat is one of the two Seniors who went out for basketball this year. He participated in Choir his Sophomore and Junior year. Pat is a baker at Nighter's Bakery in Grand Island. Pat intends to go into full time Christian work as a Youth Pastor or a Pastor. Mary Lancey Mary transferred to N.C. her Senior year from Benson High School. Mary's hometown is Omaha, NE. Mary has been involved in the Choir and was the statistician for the Volleyball team. Mary would like to have her own tailoring business. Mary's hobbies include sewing, sw imming, and playing the violin and harp. -13- Randy Dockweiler Randy came to N.C. as an eighth grader. His hometown is Central City, NE. Randy has been in Football and Track all four of his high school years. He played Basketball his Senior year. Randy participated in the N.C. Choir the first three years of high school and was on Student Council his Junior year. Randy's hobbies are football, jamball, and of course, Penny. Beth Elsberry Beth came to N.C. her Sophomore year from Orchard High School. Beth currently resides in Marquette, NE. Beth participated in Track her Sophomore and Junior year, Basketball her Junior year and was also head Cheerleader her Junior year. She has been in Choir all three years and various other musical ensembles. Beth's favorite verse is Philippians 4:6-7. Shelli Grosch Shelli came to N.C. her seventh grade year. Her hometown is Silver Creek, NE. Shelli has been in Volleyball all four years of high school She was the Track manager her Sophomore year. Shelli has participated in Band all four years and Choir her Junior and Senior year. She also helped on the Reflector staff her Senior year. Shelli would like to be an Elementary Teacher. Robyn Jividen Robyn came to N.C. as a seventh grader. She currently resides in Chapman, NE. Robyn has played Volleyball all four years, Basketball her second, third, and fourth year and has been involved in Track the last three years. Robyn has also been in band all four years. She was the Student Council Treasurer her Junior year and the Student Council President her Senior year. Her favorite verse is I Corinthians 15:57-58. The Class Stephanie Nelson Stephanie came to N.C. her seventh grade year and lives in Marquette, NE. She participated in Volleyball all four years of high school, Track her Freshman year, Basketball her Sophomore year and Cheerleading her Junior and Senior year. Stephanie was in the N.C. band her Freshman and Sophomore years and Choir her Junior and Senior year. Her hobbies include babysitting and reading. Daurice Pizzolato Daurice came to N.C. her fifth grade year and currently resides in Central City, NE. She was the student manager and statistician for the Volleyball team her Junior and Senior year. Daurice participated on the Reflector staff her Freshman, Junior, and Senior year. She was the editor of the yearbook her Senior year and on the Insight her Senior year. One of Daurice's hobbies is Christian clowning. Penny Rowse Penny came to N.C. her Freshman year and currently resides in Burwell, NE. She has been involved in Volleyball all four years of high school, Track her Freshman, Junior, and Senior year. Penny was a Cheerleader her Senior year also. Penny has also participated in Choir the last three years. Her favorite verse is 1 Peter 5:7. Penny plans to bea secretary. Kay Schubert Kay came to N.C. her freshman year. Her hometown is Bassett, NE. Kay has participated in Volleyball all four years, Track her Freshman year, and Basketball her Sophomore and Senior year. Kay was alsoa Cheerleader her Sophomore and Junior year. She has been in Band all four years and Choir her Junior and Senior year. Kay has been on the Insight staff the last three years and was the Editor her Senior year. Kay was elected Homecoming Queen in 1987. Her favorite verse is Joshua 1:8. Candace Otott Candace came to N.C. her seventh grade year. Her hometown is Belleville, Kansas. She has participated in Volleyball all four years of high school, Track her Freshman year and Cheerleading her Senior year. Candace was on the Reflector staff her Senior year also. Candace's favorite verse is 2 Corinthians 4:8. She plans to go into office work of some kind. Brad Poland Brad came to N.C. his seventh grade year. His hometown is Grand Island, NE. Brad was the business manager for the Reflector staff his Senior year. He enjoys hunting and helping Kyle at the races. Brad plans to be an accountant for Poland Oil. His favorite verse is Psalms 34:4. Becky Sawyer Becky came to N.C. when she was a third grader and currently resides in Central City, NE. She has been involved in Volleyball all four years of high school, Track her Freshman, Junior and Senior year and Basketball her Junior and Senior year. Becky has been active in music also. She was in the Choir her Sophomore, Junior, and Senior year and has participated in various small groups. Becky was also on Reflector staff her Senior year. Robin Sorenson Robin came to N.C. as a freshman. She lives in Cairo, NE. Robin participated in band her Freshman year and Track her Sophomore year. She has been an avid supporter of the Eagle team as she was in Pep Club and Athletic Club all four years. Robin's favorite verse is Psalms 13:5-6. Charity Till Charity came to N.C. from Hastings High School her Sophomore year. She lives in Hastings, NE. Charity was in Choir the first semester of her Junior and Senior year. She was also the class Secretary her Sophomore year. Charity enjoys playing the piano, swimming and reading. Her advice to you is to be yourself. -14- of 1987 Lisa Weeks Lisa came to N.C. her Freshman year from Gibbon, NE. She was out for Volleyball all four years, Basketball her Sophomore and Junior year and was a Cheerleader her Sophomore and Junior year. Lisa has been in Band all four years and Choir the last three years. Her hobbies include cross stitching and ice skating. Lisa was the Student Council Vice President her Senior year. Her advice to you is to be prompt to Mr. Geren's classes. Randy Worden Randy came to N.C. his Freshman year. His hometown is Burwell, NE. Randy has been in Football all four years and Track his Junior year. Randy enjoys collecting belt buckles and weightlifting. His favorite verse is I John 1:9. Randy plans to be ranching after he finishes Cyrus Wolfenden Cyrus came to N.C. his Freshman year and currently resides in Valentine, NE. Cyrus has been in Football all four years and Track his Sophomore year. He also participated in Choir his Freshman year. Cyrus plans to go to school and then ranch. Cyrus has had the great opportunity of being the class President all four years and being elected Homecoming King his Senior year. His advice to you is to keep Christ first and don't ever quit. Kim Wroblewski Kim came to N.C. her Junior year. Her hometown is Ravenna, NE. Kim has been in Band both her Junior and Senior year and Choir her Senior year. She enjoys reading and swimming. Kim has been in Pep Club both years and was on the Insight staff her Senior year. She plans to go into Elementary Education. They skied at Breckenridge. Their special speaker was Sid Huston, a youth pastor at the Kearney Free Church. He spoke on God's will and how to be in His will. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends John 15:13 Foreign Exchange Students Enhance School Life Me } aa Daisuke Enomoto Junior From Japan José and Daisuke have made a lot of friends while being here at N.C. and have also taught N.C. students much about their cultures. José came to N.C. in early September. He said he really enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendships he made here. One of the big changes he made while being at N.C. was asking Christ into his life. Daisuke came at the end of the summer vacation in late August. He said one of the things he enjoys most at N.C. is the sports.
