JUDY KAY KRACHT Bloomfield, Nebraska Colossians 3:17 “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.” Judy says her favorite time of day is 9 P.M. “because evening study hall is out and we are free to go to bed or have a little fun in the dorm. ?” She may appear to be quiet but When I was about the age of 9 or 10, I cut the top of my foot and had to have stitches. This happened around camp time and the doctor gave me permission to go to camp if 1 would be “quiet The next morning | went outside and did calisthenics right along with the rest of the kids and in the afternoon | participated in recreation That evening the camp nurse carried me to the car to take me to the doctor because | had ripped some of the stitches out. On the way down the steps she slipped and sprained her ankle; but she didn’t drop me. From that time on I knew that when the doctor said to be ‘quiet’, he didn’t mean that | should not taik too much but that 1 should not be as ambitious as I usually am! “If all else fails, read the directions” Choir—3,4 Volleyball—3 Girls Glee—3,4 Gospel Team—3 Teen Tones—4 Dorm Secretary-Treasurer—4 Band—3,4 JANET MARIE LANG Columbus, Nebraska John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” ‘‘Before | was able to go to school, I decided | would go anyway. So, without telling my mom and dad, I took off. The school was about a mile and a half away from where we lived, but I didn’t think much of it then When school was over for the day, my uncle brought me home.” Girl's Glee—3,4 “What will be, will be.”

PRISCILLA ANN HARDER Omaha, Nebraska Psalm 143:8 ( me to know teach me to do.” Born in Bri s, Belgium, the daughter of the President of Grace Bible Institute (Pris) has a wide scope of interests and has lead an interesting life in her three years here at school Among the many ridiculous things I’ve done at NC are these: the times I hurdled the pine trees around campus, especially the ones by the girls dorm: the week I spent most of my spare time having funerals for mice and birds; the ‘Comedy Hour’ class minutes which I diligently kept from week to week; the contests to see who could drink the most milk—usually | won—Mr. McDermott called me ‘“‘milk-aholic’; the contests to see how few bites we could consume an apple in—(5 is the record); the after-lights-out parties of ghost stories, birthday parties, di scussions; the hours I’ve spent counting how many times my name was written on the science room tables; the time | spent hours knitting a pair of suspenders for a good friend; the time I had to drink someone's milk for putting salt in it; the day when I was told | was the best influence on the school, and the same day | had the worst attitude tough get going.” Choir ; 2,3,4 Class Treasurer—4 ‘ all Girls Glee—3,4 Choir Sec.-Treas.—4 Softball—3 Band—2,3,4 Cheerleader—3,4 Teen Tones—4 Sextet pianist—2 Trio pianist—4 sospel Team—2,3 “When the going gets tough, the DUANE ALBERT HERMSMEYER Scotia ,Nebraska This loyal George Washington admirer has walked NC’s halls for four years.
