H O M E M AKING In homemaking the students are taught food preparation and cooking. They learn meal planning, nutrition, and the principles of special diets. ARTS AND CRAFTS The art classes offer an opportunity to students to express themselves in creative projects. In this field there are a variety of interests presented including poster work, oil and water color painting, sculp- ture, ceramics, illustration, and fabric design.
