He has memories of Paris, England, Ireland, Brussels, Amsterdam, and Rome. He has walked on Carnaby Street, gone to the top of the Eiffel Tower, seen the catacombs, and viewed the majestic greatness of St. Peters. He has attended the opera Carmen, crossed the English Channel by ship and slept in the Latin Quarter of Paris. He also recalls the Canadian wilderness trip. He remembers the portages with the waist-deep mud, seventy-pound packs and eighty-pound canoes. He , readily and quite vividly pictures Lobo, the Wolf hound. Yet, he also pictures the grandeur and beauty of Canada, with its blue skies, pines and streams, its Northern lights, and the call of the loons. The German student remembers Munich, Vienna, Berlin and Salzburg. He found enjoyment at the Prater and in the Munich Hofbrauhaus. He climbed up to Ludwig's Castle and saw the beauty of Germany.
