Although he has many responsibilities he never onec- refused to give us some of his time when we needed and asked for it. JOE MANACK AMID LIFITS QUESTS THERE SREMS BUT ONE WORTHY THING, TO DO MEN GOOD Mr. Manauk was born and raised in Navarre and attended Navarre Schools. He served for two years. eight months in the armed forces during World War ll. During service in both the New Guinea and South Philippines Campaigns. Mr. Manack was awarded the Asiatic-Pacific Theatre Ribbon with three Bronze Stars, Philippine Liberation Ribbon with one Bronze Star, Good Conduct Ribbon, Meritorious Unit Award, and the Victory Medal. Mr. Manac-lc served as custodian at Navarre Schools for eight years and proved to be a good friend and fine worker remembered by everyone as ,I0e.,' 6
