Surrounded by American democracy on all sides, our treedom reaches high with our ele vations, it broadens as our prairies, and it seeks new areas as the waters of our springs, streams, and rivers. In our wide and soaring environment, we have begun our striving tor knowledge in great libertyechoosing our own leaders, selecting from many courses, planning our recreation.
