The Athletic Council is composed of eight mem- bers, elected by the members of the athletic Associa- tion. The Council shall have the authority to regulate the rules governing the college athletics and require- ments for student participation in the athletic pro- gram. It shall bestow awards upon all students meeting the specific requirements for such awards.
