Moody Science Building f]. wJJ. S). (?ampu5 The Nashville High School Building, erected in 1931, houses the administration office, classrooms, study hall, and library. From its doors walk the leaders of tomorrow. Moody Science Building honors Mr. E.T. Moody, superintendent of our school for forty-three years. Mr. Moody gave years of tireless service to Nashville High. It was built in 1961 to house the science department. Whiteside Hall houses the basketball court which doubles for dancing space and pep rallies. Built in 1940, it was named for Mr. Garrett Whiteside, a congressional secretary. Ryan Band Building, built in 1957, was named for the late Dave Ryan. Mr. Ryan served as president of the Band Boosters and was interested in all school functions. The building serves as a practice room for the N. H.S. Band, the Glee Club, and the Scrappertones. The Agricultural Building was built in 1940. It contains classrooms and a workshop for boys taking agriculture. The Home Economics Building, or 'The Cottage, was built in 1937. This building provides classrooms and labs for girls taking home making. I- rom kitchen to sewing room it is busy, busy, busy. 2 Whiteside Hall
