W Qguuur Qolass fltuplwru The othe1 day as I was cru1s1ng around the world ln my new rad1o powered aeroplane wlth Delwln Larson as p1lot I saw a prosperous look1ng l1ttle cattle ranch 1n New MEXICO and thought I m1ght as well drop down and see what 1t looked l1ke Much to my surprlse I saw my old classmate Laur1 Wlrkkala herdmg cattle asslsted by a fam 111ar lookmg woman who turned out to be an old classmate Edna B1gh1ll My next stop was at the great Western Umverslty which was named Hlgglns UH1V6FS1ty 1n honor of 1tS found er and noted Latm teacher Grace H1gg1HS 41t IS rumored that W1ll1am Johnson IS teachlng shorthand there and lt looks llke a un1on between the Shorthand and Latln classes very soon? As we contlnued soarmg through the SklGS we met a glant plane bear1ng the name of Parpala Drug Company and then I knew that Emll Parpala was the foun der of that world w1de cha1n whlch now bears hlS name As my pllot was of a romantlc type we next dropped beslde a race track where the noted glrl race dr1ver Kath erlne O Connor was g1v1ng eXh1b1t1ons We flnally let her come along as HSSISIHHI p1lot because we were as tlred of seelng Delwln eatmg out of Pork and Bean cans as he was eatlng of them 4She turned out to be a good cook!
