SENIOR HIGH GLEE CLUB The Senior High Clee Club has had numerous activities throughout the year. The group was led by VVarren Beal, president, Paula Rosberry, viceeprcsiclentg Doris Robinson, secretary, Bernard DesBois, treasurer, and was under the able direction of Mr. john T. Bone. Besides singing at Open House and at several assemblies the club presented their annual Christmas Concert and Spring Musicale for the public and in March gave a special concert for the Baldwinville VVoman's Club. A select group participated in the Wachusett Music League Festival held in january at VVestford Academy. Those attending were: luclith Clifford, -lean Corrigan, Carole Davis, Dorothy Day, Barbara Cauvin, joy I-leinbokel, Cynthia Hetnick, Sandra Kalil, Doris VVhitaker, Paulette Croteau, Carole Keene, Carol Opgenorth, Bama Pepper, Doris Robinson. Bonnie Smith, Christine Stone, john Smith, Cary Sylvester, Clyde VVilbur, Warren Beal, Charles Bell, Dennis Benjamin. and Bernard DesBois. Mr. and Mrs. john Bone accompanied these students. To conclude the year, the glee club sang at graduation activities in june.

Our YVeather Club was established in 1957 by David Klajereik and Mr. Richard Lyon. The purpose of the club was to bring about an interest in and a knowledge of the weather. The club has taken seyeral educa- tional trips to places such as Boston to see Don Kent, to llartford. Connecticut to yisit the Travelers XVeather Service, to YVorcester to visit the weather bureau and Milford. Xlass. to attend a lecture at the Blue Hill Obseryatory. The members of the XYeather Club haye studied types of clouds. fronts. different phenomena allieeting the weather. and many other facts about meteorology. The club has produced enough interest in weather for two members. Donald VVirl4kala and Courtland llubbell. to want to make it their career. This year the Xlieather Club has begun yyorl-1 on an annomometer and also has done a series ol' llour day loreeasts.
