Over 175 parents were registered by the National Honor Society on Visitation Night, 1952. A movie was shown in the auditorium: After the movie, the parents saw the displays prepared by the various departments and met the teachers. Out- standing displays were made by the art department, who showed paintings, pot- tery, and leatherwork, the Speech class who recorded the voices of the parents, and the girls' physical education classes who played basketball in the gym. Re- freshments were served during the even- ing by the Home Economics department. Visitation Night gives the parents a chance to meet their children's teachers and discuss any problems with them. More and more parents are using this opportunity to come to the school and see what the student body has been doing. Visitation Night
