M 2 2. R john Brahm, Vice-President, Mary Jean Burnett, Presi dentg Carolyn Kidd, Treasurerg Sharon Snyder, Secretary Mr. Schlappi, Miss Shay, Advisers. The Juniors understud our stars. As the time of our graduation comes closer we juniors are realizing how much we must still accom- plish. This realization is evident in our more serious interest in school work, in our increased class unity. We have retained our liking for the unconven- tional, preferring, rather than to follow. the usual program of suppers, bake sales, and drives, to try out new ideas. Our first venture of this sort was a three-act play, Here Comes Charlie, presented in our fresh- man year. Unconventional hardly describes the re- sults, but both participants and audience heartily enjoyed the presentation. With our sophomore year began our sale of stationery, and our renowned smorgasbords, under the supervision of Miss Shay. As juniors, thanks to our other adviser, Mr. Schlappi, we are sponsoring popular round and square dances. In our senior year we hope to complete the re- quirements for two long-awaited goals, graduation and our trip to New York, leaving Naples Central with the knowledge of a job well done.
