Boys' Soccer The Redskin soccer teams had an outstanding season. The Varsity team Hnished with an overall record of 15-3-2. The l.V. record was 3-1-3, the sophomores ended with a 12-4-O and the Freshmen a 1 1-1-2 record. ln the 1984 DVC, the Redskin teams finished as follows: at the Varsity level, the Redskins came in Znd, at 1.V. level, the Redskins took 1st, at the sophomore level the Redskins received 3rd, the Freshman level the Redskins finished lst. The 1984 recipient of the Red and White award was Eric Borden. Named to First team All Conference were Dave Hebeda, Mark Phillips and lim Como. The Varsity coaches were john Paskavalich and P. Zientarski. jim Braun coached the Sophomore team, and Tom Temple coached the Freshman team.

Cheerleaders To create school spirit, the cheerleaders made banners and decorated lockers for the football and basketball teams and posted them in various spots in the school. Cookies were made for the students in sports other than football. The Varsity cheerleaders participated in the United States Cheerleading Association Competition, the Moraine Valley College Competition, and in Kankakee where they received Ist place. They participated in several other competitions, including one in Palatine on january 19th. xt! Sheila Sevening, Molly Payton, Kim Phelps, jenn Munn, julie Edwards, Tracy Haaland.
