WITH ROSE in hand, Teresa Crosby walks with Mark White to Pomp and Circumstance . seniors net over $3500 in scholarships Delbert Deep awarded diplomas to 92 seniors at commencement exercises June 2, 1974. The mixed ensemble, under the direction of Mr. Harvey Harms, sang Bright Hello and Movin On . Valedictorian Jill Coffman and Salutatorian Bill Mast each added a touch of nostalgia and a sprinkle of humor. The traditional baccalaureate address was given by the Reverend C. Robert Leisy of the Arago Community Church. Local merchants contributed a total of $3500 in scholarships which were awarded by Mr. Dorwin Lovell. As the graduating class of 1974 received their diplomas, the parents of the graduates looked on with pride and accomplishment. SAYING GOODBYE for one last time, Barbara Roush and Randy Day pause beneath the cafeteria's threshold. RECIPIENT OF THE Security Bank Scholarship, Bob Rethemeyer accepts the envelope from Mr. Dorwin Lovell. Graduation 29
