TO THE CLASS OF 1985 As you prepare to graduate reflect on your time here at Mynderse. Each of you has made a contribution to your school. Whether large or small, your contribution is now a part of Mynderse history. This history grows each year with its graduating class. As you begin the next phase of your life, let your time at Mynderse be only the beginning. Let yourself grow to be all you are capable of being. Best wishes for your future. Vincent Caraccilo Assistant Principal “Face the music” is a common maxim that has been a part of our language for many years. Its meaning is simple and direct. When you “face the music” you are confronted with the consequences that result from your actions, whether they be good or bad. Soon you will be ending your four year course of study here at Mynderse Academy and, suddenly, the first day of the rest of your life will be upon you. What you have done during the past four years will help determine your future. If you have put forth a good effort and used your capabilities to their fullest, then you are off to a good start down the road leading into your future life. If you have not put forth a good effort and have let your capabilities lay dormant, now is the time to “face the music,” accept the consequences, and to start applying yourself to ensure a successful future for yourself. In closing, it has been my pleasure to have been associated with you during the past few years, and I wish each of you God’s speed and the best of everything that life has to offer.
