Winter sports were varied and included trampoline, tumbling, springboard, basketball, volleyball and ring hockey. With spring came baseball, tennis, and track. In addition to these in-class activities, an intramural program was provided for those who wished to increase their ability in any sport. An intrascholastic track meet was again held, with each class sending representatives, both boys and girls, to compete. The Winning class had its numerals engraved on a trophy. A student's first year is spent studying about machinery, poultry, water systems, dairying, crops, soil, and welding. Mr. Weeks stated that because of our location, dairy farming is stressed.
