BILL HUCKIN President of the Student Body The president of the student body of Muskogee Junior College is the only officer elected by the students. The students elected Bill Huckin, populor sophomore, at the beginning of the school year to fulfill the duties of this office. The duties which confront the president are many and varied. He is in charge and presides over convocotions and banquets. Committees are appointed by him to take charge of the school's social life. Bill Huckin has proven that he is an able president and debater by his efficient work and good results. The whole of the Junior College is proud to have had him for their president.

THE BRIDGE BUlLDER An old man going a lone Highway, Came at the evening, cold and gray To a Chasm Vast and Deep and Wide, The old man crossed in the twilight dim, The sullen stream had no fear for himg But he turned when safe on the other side And built a Bridge to stem the tide.
