f ion With pleasure and pride, we dedicate This T942 Muscoliuan to Cam McConagha. Thirty-tive years ago, a young man named George Cameron McConagha began work at Muskingum as an unassuming furnace- man and ianitor tor Paul Hall and Johnson Hall. Those Two buildings Then comprised The entire campus. The quadrangle was a gully, The lake was non-existant, The site ot The stadium was a stream-bed. Muskingum as we know iT Today is largely The work of that young man, who rose from janitor to college en- gineer, and who supervised the building and beautitying of the campus. Through the years since T907 Cam dis- played a genius Tor long-range planning and administra- tion, along with a capacity tor hard work, which trans- formed Muskingum from a bare hill-top into the gracious and cared-Tor setting we see now. The stadium which bears his name, the campus lake, the quadrangle, all are lasting evidence ot his work. To the vision and effort which are Cam's , and which have done so much toward molding the Muskin- gum ot today, we pay tribute.
