It was a calmly accepted opinion that the naked structure would never be clothed in beautiful walls. Then a man dreamed a dream and fervently vowed that it should one day be realized. By unceasing effort and astounding energy, this man began to build an edifice. It stands now, as it nears completion, a beautiful tribute to its builder. We are proud that this man is our president and leader.
