The years have brought triumphs and defeats, happiness and sorrows, but the pride and quality of accomplishment has not diminished with the years. Early graduates would note great changes in the school they knew, and today's graduates would look in wonder at the past they didn't know. The common bond through all the years remains, the pride, the excellence, the feeling that can only be known by those who have been a part of a great tradition. The Centennial celebration causes us to pause to refresh old memor and possibly to renew past acquaintances. The pause for thought gives hope for the future, the hope that the next hundred years will be as kind as the past. I hope that your part in this program will be as rewarding and interesting as mine.
