No one who reaches the highest peak thinks the jour- ney was easy, nevertheless the rewards are many and the view from the top well worth the sacrifices the climber had to make. lt is the same with education. Of the millions who start the upward climb, many stop along the way and are content to settle down on one of the lower plateaus. But added satisfaction comes with each new level attained. Those who overcome all obstacles and persist to the very top experience the thrill of successfully meeting every challenge alongsthe way. And they say the view from up there is magnificent! Uur school is fortunate in having a dedicated and inspired faculty who open many doors to higher education. However, the best teacher can only make it easier for the student to learn by his own per- sistent efforts. Ability alone is not a guarantee of success. Without the incentive and drive a student may fall behind others, less gifted perhaps, but full of determination to carry through and to succeed.
