The Board of Education from left to right are: James Anderson, George Hansen, William Austin, Superintendent of Schools Frank DeYoe, President of Board of Education, Ralph Muller, Vice-president of Board of Education H W Hathaway and John Carlson. The Board of Education has faced many problems in the past and they shall continue to face problems. They have done many good things for our school system and we are quite sure that they will go on doing as Well. The Said and Done Staff would like to extend its thanks to the Board of Education for many jobs well done.

Each day each of us is faced with decisions which mold the course our lives will take. Two of the most serious decisions each person must make are his life's work and his life's partner. In this fast moving and changing day, new jobs are developing and others are passing out of existence. Many of you will have to be ready to prepare for three different types of work during your life. Even with all of these changes the great Moment of Decision is to have in mind and heart a statement made by David B. Steinman at an Honors Convocation in Ann Arbor- Man must be awakened to the fact that, as never before, he is his brother's keeper. The human race must be made aware that reckless or unscrupulous conduct now amounts to race-suicide - that man's true progress and security are to be found in the principles of universal kindness and universal good will.
