Kruizenga VK'-Qi..-f As we of the Senior Class of l958 bid a fond farewell to our high school days, we would like to express a sin- cere appreciation and heartfelt thanks .J you, Mr. Kruizenga, for your patience, hard work, and loyalty to- ward all of us during our stay here. For those of you who don't know our Principal, we'll tell you a little about him. He was born in Spring Lake, Michigan, and was graduated by Grand Haven High School. He receiv- ed his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hope College, and his Master's degree from the University of Michigan. He taught for three years in Kentucky be- fore coming to Muskegon Heights more than 20 years ago. He coached Tennis and Reserve Basketball, and was ack- nowledged as a very fine instructor in Latin. He has served as Principal since l953, being the second Principal our school has ever had. C. F. Bolt was the first. Always interested in building eminent men and women, Mr. Kruizenga has helped us many times to make import- ant decisions which have influenced us to that which is right for us and the world.
